ER-Telecom has connected 4.5 million subscribers to its services
Russian telecom holding ER-Telecom («Dom.ru» brand) connected the 4.5 millionth subscriber in the first half-year 2012. The Company is the leader of Russian telecom market in terms of subscriber base growth. In January-June, 2012, «Dom.ru» connected about 600 thousand new users, and the subscriber base went up 15%. In 2011 the company acquired over 1.2 million users with the growth rate of 44%. Out of the total new connections 28% subscriber for telecom services for the first time, and 72% switch over from other providers.
The key factors driving significant subscriber growth include technical capabilities of modern high-speed networks built by the company from scratch in each of the 42 cities of its operations, uninterrupted operation and stable quality of services, high level of customer care in all point of contact, well-known and strong brand, competitive product characteristics, clear service fees and bundled offers.
